 Postpartum tips


 • Do not make any physical effort in the postpartum phase.

 • Note the amount of lochia if it is within the normal limit.  In the first week, it is bright red, then dark red, then brown, and gradually decreases within two weeks.

 • If the bleeding continues for more than two or three weeks, contact your doctor immediately.
